Our Milk Boosting Tea is a mildly earthy loose leaf tea used to naturally encourage breast milk production in nursing moms. This tea is also packed with vital nutrients to support healthy digestion, aid in constipation, and promote increased brain function in both mom and baby. 

Organic and Non GMO Ingredients:

Fenugreek Seeds, Marshmallow Root, Fennel Seeds, Milk Thistle Seed, Anise Seed, Dandelion Leaf, Dried Orange Peel, Lemon Balm. (All Organic).

Servings: 15 servings (2 tsp serving). Save those herbs! Each steep can be re-used up to 2-3 times, increasing servings up to 45!

How to use:

Steep 1-2 tsp of loose tea for 4 minutes (longer for stronger brew) May begin use at 3rd Trimester

Enjoy 1-3 cups per day
