Cloves

Cloves are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae, Syzygium aromaticum. They are native to the Maluku Islands in Indonesia, and are commonly used as a spice. 

Some believe clove to be high in antioxidants, may help protect against cancer, can kill bacteria, improve liver health, help regulate blood sugar, promote bone health, reduce stomach ulcers.
