Bladderwrack

Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus)  is a seaweed found on the coasts of the North Sea, the western Baltic Sea, and the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Bladderwrack has been historically used for thyroid disorders, obesity, joint pain, digestive disorders, heartburn, “blood cleansing,” constipation, bronchitis, urinary tract disorders and anxiety.
