Elderberry Syrup Kit ingredients

• Organic dried elderberries

• Organic dried lemon peel

• Organic hibiscus

• Organic ginger root

• Organic cinnamon sticks

• Organic clove

• Organic echinacea

Make Your Own Elderberry Syrup

1. Pour contents of the elderberry syrup kit into provided Infusion bag, tighten closed

2. Place infusion bag into 4 cups of boiling spring or filtered water

3. Reduce to simmer (medium low heat)

4. Place top on pot, leave slight opening to release steam

5. Simmer for 45 minutes or until the liquid is reduced by half, stir occasionally

6. Remove from stove and allow liquid to cool

7. Remove infusion bag, squeeze to remove excess liquid

8. Add ¾ cup of honey (or preferred sweetener) , not included.

9. Store in glass jar or bottle

10. Store in the refrigerator for 6-8 weeks or freeze for 6 months

Recommended Dosage:

Ages 2-5 years: 1-2 tsp daily. If sick: double daily dose.

Ages 5 and Up: 1 TBS. If sick: double daily dose.
