Elderberries

Sambucus is a genus of flowering plants in the family Adoxaceae. The various species are commonly called elder or elderberry. Elderberry berries and flowers are full of antioxidants and vitamins that may help boost your immune system. It is also said to combat inflammation, decrease stress, and assist with protecting your heart. For years people have used elderberries to find relief for their cold and flu symptoms. Most recently studies have shown it can assist with covid related issues.
