This metal charcoal smudge bowl pairs well with both our House of Serenity Sage Bundle and our House of Serenity dried loose sage.

If using the House of Serenity Sage Bundle, light the stick over the smudge bowl, lightly blow out the flames and allow bundle to smoke; smudge as needed.

If using the House of Serenity dried loose sage, place a small bundle of sage in the House of Serenity Smudge Bowl, light a piece of sage, blow out flame, allow to smoke in bowl.

Blue sage (Salvia azurea var. grandiflora) of the Mint (Lamiaceae) family is a long lived herbaceous perennial with sky-blue flowers. Found in large parts of the central U.S. running from Utah to Ohio, South Dakota and Michigan to New Mexico and Alabama.

Blue sage is believed to assist with anxiety and stress while improving your sleep quality. While blue sage is known to purify it is also believed by others to leave behind a trail of good luck.

White Sage (Salvia apiana) is an evergreen perennial deriving from the Southwestern US. This sacred sage and herb has been used for hundreds of years by Native Americans for cleansing and healing.

White sage is believed to remove bacteria from the air, purify objects and spaces, remove negativity, increase mood and repel insects.

The smudge bundle allows you to have the best of both our white and blue sage for the ultimate purifying experience, right at your fingertips.

Recommended use: light the end of the smudge bundle over your smudge bowl, lightly blow out the flame, allow sage to smoke for intended purpose.
